You have contacted us in writing by letter or e-mail or have given us a business card. You will now find out how and for what purpose we process your personal data when you contact us. We also inform you about your rights as a data subject. The protection of your personal data is very important to us.
Sending free documents
If you would like to receive information material from us, your data will be processed to fulfill your request. If it is necessary to send it by post, we will transmit your data to the respective delivery service provider. In order to be able to answer any queries you may have, your data will be stored three months after the materials have been sent. We therefore ask for your understanding that, should you contact us again at a later point in time, we will no longer be able to provide you with any information as the data will no longer be stored in our system.
Inquiries by email, letter or using the contact form
If you would like to receive information from us about certain offers or services of the company, we will process your data to process your request. We will delete your personal data within the framework of your inquiry, suggestion or complaint after one year at the latest. We therefore ask for your understanding that if you have a query at a later point in time, we will no longer be able to provide you with any information about the content of your request, as your data will no longer be stored in our system.
