A few years ago we acquired this extraordinary building, the architecture of which is charmingly located between Miami's South Beach Art Nouveau and Bauhaus. In the meantime we have renovated it true to the original and expanded some apartments. The last construction phase was the expansion of the penthouse on the garden side. We were lucky enough to be able to sell this project to a friend who shares our enthusiasm for architecture, design and modern technology. Together we realized a penthouse there that meets all of these requirements.
