ART NOUVEAU VILLA

This property is located in a prime residential area in the Hietzinger Cottage. The villa, designed in 1912 by Franz Krasny (a student of Otto Wagner), boasts a semi-basement and two stories, as well as a roof-top apartment. It is one of multiple villa projects in the immediate vicinity. 

 

We restored this architectural gem true to the original, and breathed new life into it, both visually and technologically.

 

Four apartments, a garage and an elevator were constructed. All apartments have already been sold.
