This property, which consists of a residential building and a two-wing factory building behind it, is very special, not only because of it's history.

 

The lofts we renovated are located in one of the last tape factory buildings in the so-called ‘Bandgasse’. The charm of this property lies in its spaciousness, the imposing metal columns, and the steel windows that were recreated in the original industrial look.
