The multi-story loft building had seen better days. The high ceilings and the cast iron pillars were great. Everything else was in desperate need of renovation. We have opened up the atriums and added greenery, laid chapel floorboards, installed new steel windows and doors and thus built lofts in the design of the New York meat packing district.
