This magnificent turn-of-the-century palace is very well preserved in its historical substance. The villa with a semi-basement and two upper floors dates from around 1890 - complete with a central staircase hall with marble columns and richly carved banisters.

Star parquet floors, wood paneling, marble fountains and much more make this property one of the most magnificent imperial villas in Hietzing.

The garden surrounding the house has been newly landscaped, the façades have been renovated in recent years, box-type windows have been faithfully replaced and the interior spaces have also been completely revitalized.

New, high-quality Chapel parquet floors have been laid, the Solnhofer tile floors have been renovated, wooden double doors have been recreated, luxurious Bisazza Bagno bathrooms and designer kitchens (i.e. Varenna/Poliform) have been installed, the electrical installations have been renewed, as have the lighting and all surface coatings.

An underground garage with 14 parking spaces and an e-charging station was built.
